Hi everyone!
You all know the London marathon was on Sunday and I hope you all enjoyed watching some of it while you came in from the sun!
If you had a close look though you would have seen all the participants running with shoes on! Now you probably think its good to run with shoes on, but it really isn't as it causes massive impact on your heels when you hit the ground even though shoes are padded!
