Hi everyone!
Heres a small article on the myths of getting a six back. (The guy in the article is trying to sell his training program however!) But what he is saying is true!
Just a heads up on the first one, its about doing crunches to lose the fat on your stomach. But this doesn't work! Crunches are good for the muscles of the abs but they burn very little calories. To burn calories and get rid of that belly fat then you need to be doing interval sprints and full body movements!

Hi everyone!
Hope you all had a really good Easter!
You might think that chocolate is bad for you! Well in some cases its not! If you eat a small amount of dark chocolate a day it can be very beneficial!

But remember! It's only good in small amounts! So don't eat too much of it!! Though that's easier said than done!!

Barefoot running!

Hi everyone!
You all know the London marathon was on Sunday and I hope you all enjoyed watching some of it while you came in from the sun!
If you had a close look though you would have seen all the participants running with shoes on! Now you probably think its good to run with shoes on, but it really isn't as it causes massive impact on your heels when you hit the ground even though shoes are padded!
