Heres a small article on the myths of getting a six back. (The guy in the article is trying to sell his training program however!) But what he is saying is true!
Just a heads up on the first one, its about doing crunches to lose the fat on your stomach. But this doesn't work! Crunches are good for the muscles of the abs but they burn very little calories. To burn calories and get rid of that belly fat then you need to be doing interval sprints and full body movements!
