Hope you all had a really good Easter!
You might think that chocolate is bad for you! Well in some cases its not! If you eat a small amount of dark chocolate a day it can be very beneficial!

But remember! It's only good in small amounts! So don't eat too much of it!! Though that's easier said than done!!

Barefoot running!
Hi everyone!
You all know the London marathon was on Sunday and I hope you all enjoyed watching some of it while you came in from the sun!
If you had a close look though you would have seen all the participants running with shoes on! Now you probably think its good to run with shoes on, but it really isn't as it causes massive impact on your heels when you hit the ground even though shoes are padded!
So heres a link to professor Daniel Lieberman's video on why barefoot running is so much better for you than running with trainers on!

First post!
Hi all!
This is my first post on my new fitness blogger! I hope you all like the set up that I've done and would love to hear some input!
As I've already put I'm a new personal trainer based around South Wales and I am looking to advertise and for clients!
